ONE ON ONE TRAINING
I work with you to customize your one-on-one personal training program. I assess your bodily strengths and weaknesses creating programs that will get you to your end goals. You will learn proper exercising techniques and form to safely get the most out of your workout. Providing physical and mental guidance while monitoring your progress on a regular basis. I’ll explain the exercises in a clear and efficient way, while demonstrating how to use the training equipment safely, to avoid injuries.
I create customized nutritional meal plans based on your current lifestyle, likes & dislikes, any dietary restrictions and personal habits. Using the guidelines of the food list for your blood type and
identifying your dietary needs by assessing your health, exercise routine, and personal goals. I workout your macronutrient requirements and calories, letting you know what to eat and how much. Giving you easy and delicious recipes to help you in your weekly meal prep. Keeping food enjoyable yet within your caloric daily requirement.
I will sit with the information you've given me and create your virtual training program based on your goals, circumstances and preferences. Eliminating the guesswork and frustration that comes with trying to figure out a workout that works best for you. You will be able to access your workout directly on your phone with unlimited daily instant messaging support. Small group personal training helps you reach your fitness goals faster than working out on your own. I lead each session in groups of 3 to 8 people, allowing each member to receive more personal attention than they'd get at most group(aerobics) classes. Exercises are designed to maximize each of your individual results. Utilizing bands, dumbbells, machines, barbells, etc. Clients also express enjoying the new connections they make with one another. At a lower cost than one-on-one personal training and the rest of your group will be an additional support system to help you stay on track!
