A 4 to 16 week Personal Training / Nutrition program designed to get you in top shape for the stage.
Realistically allow yourself enough time to lose 1-2 pounds per week. If have more than 25-lbs to lose, expect this to be at least 90 day prep. If you have never worked out, expect this to be a 6-12 month program as it takes at least 3 months for initial muscular tone to set in!

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Musical Theater as an Actor/Dancer/Singer. I have been dancing since the age of three, I’m also an Award Winning Pageant Competitor and Miss Bikini Competitor. Working the Stage is my thing!
